Happy Thanksgiving

We just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!! What a wonderful holiday this is. To be able to celebrate a day of thankfulness. I am going to list a few things I am thankful for.

1. My husband- he is such a blessing in my life and brings a smile to my day every time I see him. Craig has been such a strong support for me and our children.
2. My children- each one of my girls bring such a special spirit to our family. Madi is the sweetest girl. She would do anything for anybody. Harley is so easy going and has a beautiful smile. She is very special. Olivia has a spunky personality and will always make me laugh. She is always telling everyone how much she loves them and we love her too.
3. My Savior- without Jesus Christ in my life I wouldn't be where I am today. I know because of his sacrifice for me that I am able to return to Him someday.
4. A Home- I am thankful to have a warm house to live in.
5. Family- I am thankful that my mom and dad are doing so well. My family seems to be pulling together and I love it. Bob and Glenda are wonderful parents and grandparents. I am lucky to have in-laws as great as them. I also love my sister and brothers very much.
5. Great Friends- I am so lucky to have such great friends in my life.
6. Chocolate- without this in my live I would be miserable.
7. Diet Coke- it just takes the edge off.
8. Bronco's football- I love to watch Bronco football every single week while I eat guacamole dip.

Beautiful Olivia & Payton

Last week Olivia was burned with boiling water. Her forehead and top of the head received second degree burns. The burn center had to shave the top of her head to allow the skin to heal and prevent infection. You will now see her sporting a hat and we love it. She is going to make a full recovery and we are so thankful for that. It will only take time to heal.
The second sad story is our dog, Payton. She left to go to another home where they can spend more time with her and she has a backyard to play in. We miss her very much and wish we would have been the right family for her. LOVE YOU OLIVIA AND PAYTON!!!

Happy Birthday Madi

Today is Madi's birthday and we are so happy to have her in our family. I remember the day that she was born like yesterday. Everyone was so excited to see and hold her. The first time we brought her home from the hospital, we decided to give her a bath. My entire family and Craig's entire family had to be there for the first bath. My dad was on the counter top filming on the camcorder and Glenda snap snap snapping away on her camera.
Madi is such a great daughter. She love to please others and is always putting others first. She is very good at her school work and loves to keep her room clean (go figure??). Madi loves gymnastics and flipping herself around the room. She is also a great sister to her two other sisters. I am so glad to have her in my life and know that without her I wouldn't be the kind of mother I am today. Thank you Madi for being my special girl!

Hawaii 2008

We were lucky enough to visit Hawaii a couple of weeks ago. Craig and I have worked so hard this last year so we could get away and spend a little time together in paradise. The first picture is right outside of the condo we stayed in. We were able to have our own beach and snorkel with the turtles right outside our room. We also loved to go the the "Gazebo" for breakfast. You get to eat right beside the water and watch the families of turtles swim near the rocks. I love to see the turtles but when they swim that close to you I get a little freaked out. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful husband that enjoys spending time with me and I love being his eternal companion.

Favorite Time...Fall!!

Halloween 2007. We are looking forward to trick or treating again this year.
Last year Craig and I were able to visit a Bronco's game. It was so much fun and were hoping to do it again this year.
Favorite things about FALL!!
1. Football.....football and more football!!!!!
2. Sitting by the fireplace with my children.
3. Sipping on hot chocolate and it has to be made from milk and nestle quick. Not that instant stuff... YUCK!!
4. Cuddling in bed with Craig cause it is getting too cold outside of the covers.
5. Kids start spending more time indoors so that I can spend more time with them. (I'm sure after a couple of months I will be wanting to send them back outside again.)
6. HALLOWEEN! I love this holiday and decorating my house while trying to scare the kids so that they won't leave my side.
7. Pumpkin spice candles. They make me hungry for chocolate chip pumpkin cookies.
8. I get my husband back. He doesn't spend all of his time working on his four wheelers and comes back into the house. YiPee!!
9. Beautiful fall colors. I love to see the mountains full of their beautiful colors and so thankful that we have such magnificent mountains to look at.
10. MY FAMILY!! I am so thankful for them all year round but fall brings my children back to the our normal schedule of school and spending time as a family doing what we do best. :)
