Here is my plug for the flu shot this year. Please go out and get your flu shot this year! I offer flu shots at my pharmacy so come and visit me there.
My kids got their flu shots today and I said to Kenyon "I wish I could make every kid at the school get one!!" We do not want sickness at our house so it would be great if we all did it!
We always get the flu shot. Josh gives it to the boys why they are sleeping, that way there is no fuss or screaming! I wish they could get all there shots that way!

Thanks Heather, my kids are all getting theirs next week over UEA that is nice of me huh:) But seriously I am a big fan of the flu shot!!
