Last week Olivia was burned with boiling water. Her forehead and top of the head received second degree burns. The burn center had to shave the top of her head to allow the skin to heal and prevent infection. You will now see her sporting a hat and we love it. She is going to make a full recovery and we are so thankful for that. It will only take time to heal.
The second sad story is our dog, Payton. She left to go to another home where they can spend more time with her and she has a backyard to play in. We miss her very much and wish we would have been the right family for her. LOVE YOU OLIVIA AND PAYTON!!!

What a rough week. I got to talk with olivia at school. She looks so cute in her new hat! I am sad peyton is gone. My boys loved her. she was a very pretty dog.
Olivia is SUCH a beautiful girl. Obviously, with or without hair. The hat is darling too. I love your grateful attitude. You can tell in her eyes that she's a fighter. I'm sorry about tough week. Never fun to go through. Your family is amazing.
